Why not a free translator?
Use one — for a blog post. A discharge note is different. A general translator will happily render “twice daily” in a way that changes the number, localise your digits so “500mg for 5 days” comes back with digits your pharmacist cannot read, or mix two scripts inside one word. It will not tell you it did.
We check every output before you see it: drug names and dosages preserved exactly, dates and times intact, phone numbers still dialable, and one script throughout. When the model gets it wrong, we correct it and record that it happened. That is the difference between a translation and something safe to hand a patient.
