Why it matters more here than anywhere
“We put it on the noticeboard” is not the same as “they understood it”. If a worker could not read the language the instruction was written in, the instruction was never really given — and that is exactly what gets examined after an incident.
Times, dates, quantities and equipment names are the parts that must not drift. We check each one against your original before you see the output, and correct the translation when the model gets it wrong.
