Who we are
Omnilingo(“we”, “us”) provides this service. Omnilingo is a GlobalReach AI product. These terms are the agreement between you and us; using the service means accepting them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. If you are using Omnilingo for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
What the service does
Omnilingo translates documents from English into supported languages and produces an email draft and a WhatsApp-ready version. We never send those messages for you — you copy them and send them yourself.
Check the translation before you send it
Translations are produced by an AI model. We automatically verify that drug names, dosages, numbers, dates, times and phone numbers are carried across unchanged, and that the output is written in the correct script.
Those checks confirm the details survive. They cannot guarantee the meaning is right in your particular document. Omnilingo is a tool to help you communicate faster — it is not a substitute for a qualified translator, and it is not professional advice of any kind. If a document carries consequences — clinical, legal, financial or otherwise — have a person who reads the language check it before you send it.
Free plan
The Free plan allows 3 translations per calendar month, across the languages listed on the pricing page, for documents up to 8,000 characters (roughly 1,300 words) and files up to 2MB. The count resets at the start of each month. We may change these limits, and will tell you by email before a change that reduces them takes effect.
Paid plans
Pro and Enterprise are shown on the pricing page but are not yet available to buy. Nothing on this site takes payment. If you join the waitlist we will contact you when that changes.
Your documents, and your right to use them
You keep all rights in what you upload. You confirm you are entitled to share each document with us for translation — including, where it contains someone else’s personal or health information, that you have whatever consent or lawful basis that requires. You agree to cover any claim brought against us that arises from a document you had no right to upload.
Health information in the United States
Omnilingo is not intended for protected health information as defined by the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We do not act as a Business Associate and do not enter into Business Associate Agreements. If you are a US covered entity or business associate, do not upload documents containing protected health information.
Acceptable use
Do not upload documents you have no right to share, do not attempt to work around the usage limits by creating multiple accounts, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Ending it
You can stop using Omnilingo and ask us to delete your account at any time, by writing to contact@globalreach-ai.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We depend on third parties, and there will be times when translations fail or the site is unavailable.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, on the Free plan, is nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your data
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice. In short: we do not store your documents.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will email you before a material change takes effect. If you carry on using Omnilingo afterwards, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
