Why not a free translator?
Use one — for a blog post. A discharge note is different. A general translator will happily change a frequency, localise your digits so “500mg for 5 days” comes back unreadable to a pharmacist, or mix two scripts inside one word. It will not tell you it did.
We check every output before you see it: drug names and dosages preserved exactly, dates and times intact, phone numbers still dialable, one script throughout. When the model gets it wrong we correct it and record that it happened.
